Policies

Our Religious Education Classes are separated by age. Children in elementary age classes will need to be signed out by a parent or guardian at the end of classes. Wildflower Youth (Middle School & High School) do not need parent signature to leave at the end of class. If you have concerns about your youth being able to leave without a parent signature, you must speak with one of our RE staff to make an individualized plan. By writing your name below, you are affirming that you understand this policy.

Elementary age children can only be signed out by the parents/guardians listed on this form unless you list others who are allowed to sign your child out here:

We do not use identifiable pictures of minors on our church brochures, website, or social media without a media release. By writing your name below, you are signing a media release that allows us to include identifiable photos of your minor in church related brochures, websites, or social media. If you do not wish to sign a media release, write: I do not consent.

We do not provide toileting help in our Religious Education classes. If this is something that your child/youth needs, parents or guardians will need to handle this. By writing your name below, you are affirming that you understand this policy.
